Ramadan fasting 'should be relaxed' says doctor

Muslims around the region are facing some of the longest fasting days for years as the holy month of Ramadan starts.

It's the first time Ramadan has fallen in the month of June since 1982.

One Muslim doctor from Shropshire has called for the rules on fasting from dawn to dusk to be relaxed for health reasons.

Ben Godfrey spoke to Dr Waseem Aslam and Abdullah Saif from the Muslim Association of Britain.
