Boy, four, receives part of dad's liver in transplant
A four-year old boy who became a TV hit after an appearance on BBC Breakfast, has received part of his father's liver in a life-saving transplant operation.
Harry Maceachen, from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, stole the show with his infectious laugh during the televised discussion on organ donation.
This is Harry's second liver transplant. His father, Simon, became a living donor when no suitable match was found from the organ donor register.
The little boy is said to be responding well after surgery at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
