BBC Midlands Today's Midlands from the Air visits south Shropshire hills

After 50 years under National Trust ownership a new 10-year plan is helping to attract wildlife back to Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd.

Much of the work in recent years has focused on repairing the damage caused by overgrazing.

As well as being one of the crowns in the National Trust estate, the area has also become a draw for amateur astronomers, with the skies above some of the best in the West Midlands for stargazing, due to lack of light pollution.
