Somerset Levels 65-acre solar farm plans unveiled

Plans have been unveiled for one of the South West's biggest solar farms on the Somerset Levels.

British Solar Renewables wants to build the 65-acre power plant on farmland near the village of Aller.

The company said the development would produce enough electricity to power 5,500 homes and would be screened by trees.

But protesters claim it will damage the area's unique landscape.
