Jayden, from Midsomer Norton, was born with restrictive cardiomyopathy and needs a heart transplant.

Avon and Somerset police officer, Adge Secker, heard that he is obsessed with being a policeman, so he pulled in the troops and arranged a special tour of Avon and Somerset Police's headquarters - with some treats thrown in.
