Yorkshire Wildlife Park expands tiger breeding programme
A wildlife park near Doncaster is expanding its breeding programme with the help of an endangered Amur tiger.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park hopes that three-year-old Tschuna, who was born at Dudley Zoo, will help boost the numbers of the threatened big cat.
According to the World Wildlife Fund, there are fewer than 450 Amur tigers left in the wild in its native habitat of eastern Russia.
