Sheffield skate park transformation videos gain global audience

A skateboarder from Sheffield is on a mission to bring what he describes as "the UK's worst skate park" back to life.

Ashley Mercer has spent hours sweeping and weeding the site near his home in Upperthorpe, sharing his efforts with millions of viewers on TikTok.

Ashley, who learned to skate at the Fox Road park, said he hoped to transform it into "something completely new and amazing".
