Moment cheetahs born at Yorkshire Wildlife Park
Four cheetah cubs have been born at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster.
It comes just nine months after mother Darcy, who arrived from a zoo in Ireland, was introduced to the park.
She gave birth on 13 May.
The park's director of animals, Dr Charlotte Macdonald, said: "We are incredibly excited at the arrival of the cheetah cubs. It happened far sooner than we dared hope."
Cheetahs are considered to be a vulnerable species with only 7,100 estimated to live in the wild.
Darcy, a Northern Cheetah, arrived in Doncaster along with father Brooke, in August 2023 and the pair were introduced gradually.
While the four cubs won't be introduced to the Cheetah Territory area of the park just yet, visitors can view them on camera.
