Midlands campaign to get rare cancer recognised more quickly
A campaign has been launched to increase awareness among GPs of sarcomas - a rare form of cancer which kills nearly half of sufferers within five years.
Sarcomas are a rare but dangerous form of tumour that affect muscles, nerves, cartilage and tendons.
Paralympian Richard Whitehead is leading the push for earlier diagnosis after he lost a close friend to the condition.
