Stoke-on-Trent Lymphoedema patients welcome new exercise

Lymphoedema patients in Staffordshire who suffer from the incurable condition which causes their limbs to swell, are being offered help through a new exercise regime.

The Douglas Macmillan hospice in Stoke-on-Trent is trialling the regime known as Tripudia.

It is thought to be the first trial in the West Midlands.

Helen Bryan, from Leek, who said she'd been helped, has had the "painful" condition for 10 years.
