Long lost Leek gingerbread recipe found?
A gingerbread recipe found when redecorating a bakery is going on sale.
The recipe hasn't been officially dated but baker Steve Ball has found references to it when tracing back the history of his bakery.
After laminating the paper recipe he tried out a sample batch on his customers.
He now plans to keep selling the gingerbread in his Leek store.
