Audley GP receptionist threatened

CCTV footage from Audley Health Centre in Stoke-on-Trent shows a patient threatening a GP receptionist.

The incident is far from unique, with health bosses in Staffordshire saying GP surgery staff have been sworn at and threatened with violence.

In this case, in Audley, the staff member hit the panic button.

The woman captured on CCTV was given a police caution.
