Dracula and Frankenstein book blunder 'a nightmare'

An A-level student at a Suffolk school said life had been a nightmare since she found out she had been taught the wrong Gothic text, two weeks before her exam.

Sixth-formers at Newmarket College spent two years studying Bram Stoker's Dracula instead of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.

Abbie Stallabrass, 18, said she had been studying non-stop since she found out about the mistake.
