Suffolk Bin A Blade amnesty nets almost 10,000 knives

Nearly 10,000 blades have been handed in during a knife amnesty in Suffolk.

BBC Radio Suffolk's Bin a Blade campaign was inspired Holly Watson, whose brother Lewis was stabbed to death in Sudbury in 2009.

The campaign was launched in 2010. There are four permanent bins outside police stations in the county. Most of the blades have been left in bins in Ipswich and Lowestoft.
