Lil' Chris's sister on his mental health 'battle'

The sister of pop star Lil' Chris has talked about the need for people to talk about mental health.

At an inquest into the death of the 24-year-old, whose real name was Chris Hardman, the coroner recorded a verdict of suicide.

Hardman was found hanging at a house in Lowestoft last year.

He was one of the stars of Channel 4's Rock School show in 2006, but his career had waned and the inquest heard he had struggled with the "difficulties and problems" caused by fame.

Hannah Hardman said: "It was difficult for him and he spoke very openly about his depression."
