Lowestoft fishing industry: 'Herring is the most under-valued seafood'

Herring was once among the most common catches from ships sailing out from Lowestoft in Suffolk.

Numbers have dwindled over the years but now Suffolk writer and fisherman Mike Warner is hoping to rekindle interest in the fish.

"It's the most under-valued of seafood," he said.
