Oscar Garcia: Brighton & Hove Albion boss seeks improvement

Oscar Garcia, the new head coach of Brighton & Hove Albion, tells BBC South East Today he wants his players to improve every day in his first interview with the BBC since being appointed last month.

The 40-year-old former Maccabi Tel Aviv manager took up the role at the Championship side in June after the dismissal of former boss Gus Poyet.

Garcia, who has signed a three-year deal with the Seagulls, spoke to Neil Bell in Segovia, near Madrid, during Brighton's pre-season training camp.
