Eastbourne Pier to partially reopen

Eastbourne Pier is to be partially reopened just two months after about a third of it was destroyed by fire.

Visitors will be able to visit shops, a cafe and a nightclub when the rest of the 1,000ft (304m) pier reopens.

Sussex Police are treating the cause of the fire as "suspicious", although no arrests have been made.
