The Hove woman who has donated a kidney to her brother

Maria Capozzi had no doubts when she was asked to donate a kidney to her brother Claudio.

It was the second transplant Claudio needed, after a kidney he received 16 years ago began to fail.

Now Maria is campaigning for more people to become live donors.
