Olympic torchbearer Kieran Maxwell faces cancer again

Hundreds of torchbearers had the honour of running through the north-east of England with the Olympic flame.

Kieran Maxwell was taken to many hearts when he stumbled carrying the torch.

The 14-year-old from Heighington near Darlington - who lost part of his leg to cancer - hopes to achieve Olympic glory as a gymnast.

But first he has a new challenge to overcome, as Stephanie Cleasby reports.
