Castle Eden Dene manager hopes to inspire other women
A woman from Peterlee is proud to be a "role model" to other young women with a passion for nature.
Charlotte Pink grew up loving the outdoors and was inspired to pursue a career in conservation.
The 25-year-old now manages a number of nature reserves, including Castle Eden Dene, and is part of a team planning events to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Natural England's National Nature Reserves on 16 July.
