Dunkirk 'little ship' is restored to her former glory

One of dozens of so-called "little ships", which helped rescue troops from the beaches of Dunkirk in WW2, is being restored to her former glory.

The 50ft Willdora saved more than 200 British servicemen, but after lifting the troops, was struck by shellfire.

She is being restored by members of the Sunderland Maritime Heritage Group, external in the hope of leading out the Tall Ships Races in 2018.
