Wounded soldiers attempt Everest
A North Yorkshire soldier has spoken from Everest base camp about a charity mission to climb Everest.
Capt David Wiseman, from Tadcaster, is part of a team of service personnel who were injured in Iraq or Afghanistan and are trying to climb the peak.
He was shot in the chest in Afghanistan in 2009 when serving with the Yorkshire Regiment.
The team hope to raise £2m for the charity Walking with the Wounded.
