Shop owner in Whitby fears a subsidence 'catastrophe'

The owner of a shop in Whitby has said he is concerned that subsidence to his property could cause a "catastrophe".

Tim Ruff claimed that cracks in the walls of his clothes shop were caused by dredging work in the harbour.

Last month a row of houses in the North Yorkshire town was demolished following a landslide.
