Historic bi-plane in flying visit to Sherburn

A World War Two bi-plane has returned to the airfield that housed the factory where it was built in 1941.

The oldest flying Swordfish Mark One was built at Sherburn-in-Elmet, in North Yorkshire, by the Blackburn Aircraft Company.

W5856 saw active service in the Mediterranean during the 1939-45 war.
