Selby and Ainsty: Keir Mather's minute-manifesto

Ahead of the forthcoming Selby and Ainsty by-election, the BBC asked Labour Party candidate Keir Mather how he would help people in the constituency.

Voting will take place on Thursday 20 July, with a winner likely to be announced early the following day.
