Suitcase of war memories is returned to Belfast family
A small suitcase containing memorabilia spanning both world wars has been reunited with the descendants of its rightful owner.
The case, filled postcards, war-time love letters, and an anti-Hitler poem, was found lying in a Belfast street and handed in to the police.
They contacted the BBC to launch a media appeal after exhausting their own lines of inquiry.
The BBC's Claire Savage reports.
