DUP petitions of concern over welfare reform bill 'disgraceful'
The DUP has been accused of "killing off discussion" of the welfare reform bill as it is debated in the assembly.
Ulster Unionist Roy Beggs said the DUP had done so by tabling a series of petitions of concern against amendments to the bill.
DUP leader Peter Robinson rejected Mr Beggs' claim that his party's actions were "shameful".
