Families receive "heartfelt apology" from Chief Constable

Relatives of those killed and injured at a bookmakers' shop in Belfast's lower Ormeau area have received an apology from the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Billy McManus said they were glad to receive a "heartfelt apology" from George Hamilton.
