PSNI 'incapable' of dealing with paramilitary murders

The sister of a man stabbed to death in Belfast says she has no confidence that the police will bring the killers of Kevin McGuigan to justice.

The former Provisional IRA man was shot dead at his home in the Short Strand on Wednesday evening.

Catherine McCartney's family has always maintained that the IRA was involved in their brother Robert's death.

Speaking to the BBC, she said the police are "incapable of dealing with paramilitary murders".
