DUP ask Cameron to consider suspending Stormont

First Minister Peter Robinson says that he has asked the prime minister to consider suspending the assembly if parties cannot agree to an adjournment to allow talks over the political crisis at Stormont.

Earlier on Tuesday, the party was defeated in an attempt to adjourn the assembly.
