Maghaberry Prison 'most dangerous' ever visited says chief inspector

Northern Ireland's high security Maghaberry Prison is the most dangerous prison he has ever inspected in his role as Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons in England and Wales, Nick Hardwick says.

Nick Hardwick said the prison is "not safe" for prisoners health or staff.

He was detailing the findings of a report into the prison.
