Witness felt helpless during pier tragedy

An eyewitness says he felt "hopeless and helpless" as he watched a car with five people on board sink into the sea at Buncrana, County Donegal.

Francis Crawford phoned 999 as he saw the car enter the water. A baby was rescued, but the others in the car died.
