Troubles inquests: Sir Declan Morgan disappointed over funding delay

Northern Ireland's top judge has said he is disappointed the Stormont Executive has not yet made a bid for funding for inquests into some of the most controversial killings of the Troubles.

Lord Chief Justice Sir Declan Morgan responded after BBC Newsline revealed his five-year plan to hear the inquests has not even been discussed by ministers, and is now on hold.
