NI Secretary outlines plans should Stormont talks fail
Northern Ireland Secretary James Brokenshire has outlined plans should Stormont power-sharing talks fail.
James Brokenshire said there was "no appetite for another election" after Monday's deadline to form a new power-sharing executive passed.
But if there was no deal by the end of the Assembly's Easter holiday - on 18 April - Mr Brokenshire will bring forward legislation to enable a regional rate to be set.
