'Down here it is like being in the 1890s'
A fibre broadband scheme has been extended to connect more rural homes in Northern Ireland to the wider world.
Project Stratum is a £165m investment in rural broadband.
About 85,000 premises are set to benefit in total when the project is completed in 2025.
One of those who will now be included in the scheme is Michael Carson who lives in Islandmagee, County Antrim.
