Dr Hans Blix: The US was 'high on' military action for Iraq
Dr Hans Blix, the UN's former chief weapons inspector, has told the Iraq inquiry that America was "high on" the idea of pre-emptive military action as a solution to international crises.
He also said that he warned Tony Blair that the coalition might not find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
He was giving evidence on day 55 of the Inquiry.
Nicholas Witchell reports.
