Can Labour win back voters?

One of the central pledges of Ed Miliband's speech at the Labour conference was to make the coalition a one-term government.

If that is to happen Mr Miliband will need to win back seats which Labour lost to both Conservatives and Liberal Democrats at the last election.

One of the areas where Labour lost ground is Kent.

The BBC's Reeta Chakrabarti has been talking to people in Chatham and Rochester to see if he could sway them back to the party.
