The fight to keep incapacity benefit
Thousands of people on incapacity benefit in both Burnley and Aberdeen will be told they will be required to attend new medical assessments if they want to keep claiming.
It is just one of the many reforms to welfare which the government hopes will save money, through the Comprehensive Spending Review.
Ean Williams worked all his life until he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. On bad days he's unable even to move, but when he took the new test he was passed fit to work. Ean appealed the decision and won.
