Spending Review: Osborne pledges to 'stick to the plan'

Chancellor George Osborne has reiterated his commitment to his deficit reduction plan, saying "we have to see this through".

Mr Osborne told Andrew Marr that even if the global economic condition worsened, his focus would remain the same - to reduce borrowing.
