Ed Miliband rallies Scottish Labour

Labour leader Ed Miliband has issued a rallying call to the Scottish Labour Party conference.

Mr Miliband mocked the Liberal Democrats' and Conservatives' chances in Scotland and said that his party's fightback to win power in the Holyrood parliament and Westminster had begun.
