Lord West on 'damaging' Ministry of Defence leaks
Lord West said government leaks about defences changes have been "damaging" and praises Liam Fox's time of office.
The former government minister said the "Treasury has too much power" and the defence services were not well treated in better economic times.
He spoke after the Daily Telegraph reported a leaked MoD paper saying handling of the recent defence review "badly damaged" morale across the UK armed forces.
