Cameron and Miliband in Commons clash on NHS changes

Ed Miliband accused the PM of broken promises about NHS changes and spending, but David Cameron accused him of the same feeble pre-scripted lines during exchanges in the House of Commons.

Health dominated PMQs as Mr Cameron claimed his government was putting money in to the NHS and was cutting bureaucracy.
