Lords and minister on guillotine hanging over the Lords?
Lords may no longer have to take part in sleep overs after "significant concessions" from the government to the Labour opposition which is not happy with plans to cut the number of MPs.
Tories had accused Labour peers of dragging out the debate in the Lords to wreck the bill, which would also block the plans for an Alternative Vote (AV) referendum in May.
David Cameron appeared to be losing his patience and threatened to use the Parliamentary "guillotine" to speed things up.
