Lieutenant General David Leakey, CMG CBE - aka the new Black Rod - explains why he wears tights, what he does in the Houses of Parliament, and even talks nudity.
His main job is security in the House of Lords and the holder of the title is probably best known for banging the door at the State Opening of Parliament when he summons MPs to the Lords to hear the Queen's Speech.
