PM's call for private firms to take on council and government work

The figure of six million state workers could get significantly smaller as David Cameron wants private companies and charities to do more of the work traditionally done by state employees.

Max Cotton reports from Brighton where he asks if the PM's plan, that almost all public sector work is out-sourced, will work.
