Alternative Vote Debate: Prescott on manifestos commitments under AV

Manifesto commitments would be irrelevant under an AV system leading to a coalition agreement "that no-one voted for" where it would be harder for a vote of no confidence to remove a government, said former Labour deputy leader John Prescott.
