George Osborne 'wants changes' to NHS bill
Following the Liberal Democrats' poor showing in the council elections and AV referendum, Nick Clegg has promised "a louder Lib Dem voice" in government.
There is speculation that he will attempt to assert his authority over the NHS bill, which has currently been 'paused' on its passage through parliament.
But Chancellor George Osborne, who has masterminded Conservative tactics during the elections, has told Andrew Marr that his party is also backing changes to the bill.
