Clegg lists Liberal Democrats' achievements

Nick Clegg has said the Lib Dems are clearly influencing their Tory partners amid a row over the parties' respective roles in the coalition.

The deputy prime minister listed to the BBC's Laura Kuennsberg the achievements that his party should be credited with in its first year in power.
