Cameron denies Miliband claim that NHS reform 'a mess'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has asked David Cameron why he is making "such a mess" of the NHS reforms, accusing him of breaking pre-election promises.

The prime minister responded by saying his government was "committed to reform.. and committed to more funding", pointing out that in Wales, where Labour have control, waiting lists were up and funding was being cut.
